Supports We Provide
We provide DDD-approved services to help individuals live more independently at home and in their communities — with care provided by either trained DSPs or family members. Every plan is personalized to fit the individual’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Individual Supports
One-on-one care focused on building life skills, communication, and independence — provided in the home or community setting. Whether it’s learning to cook, manage money, or navigate daily routines, we tailor support to each individual’s unique goals.
Community-Based Supports (CBS)
Support delivered out in the community — including help with transportation, social outings, errands, or recreational activities. Our DSPs assist individuals in building confidence, engaging with others, and staying active in their environment.
Behavioral Supports
Personalized behavior plans created and overseen by trained specialists to help individuals manage challenges, reduce unsafe behaviors, and build positive routines. Services are implemented in the home and community with a focus on safety, structure, and growth.
In-Home Respite
Short-term care that gives family caregivers a needed break, while ensuring their loved one is safe, supported, and comfortable at home. Respite care can be scheduled regularly or as needed, always with trusted DSPs who treat your family like their own.
